Shipping: All orders received by 1:00 pm PST, M-F, are shipped the same day! Orders received after 1:00 pm are shipped the next business day. All shipping is via FedEx ground. To track an order you can go to fedex.com and enter your tracking number.

Ladder-Max offers the following Returns Policy: Any unused product maybe returned within 30 days of the purchase date. The product needs to be returned at the customer’s expense to the above address and we will refund the purchase price, exclusive of any original shipping cost included for the product purchased. Our goal is a satisfied customer. We appreciate your business.

Our warranty for our standoff is for one year on parts and labor on any manufacturing defect.
